Zashi Lhamo

ZASHI LHAMO is a female deity of wealth in Tibetan culture. The scent of Zhshi Lhamo Temple differs from that of other Tibetan temples because, according to legend, ZASHI LHAMO enjoys drinking.
Therefore, in addition to burning incense, offerings of alcohol are made by pouring it into a large bronze vat in front of her statue. As a result, the entire temple is filled with a fragrance that blends the aroma of alcohol with the scent of burning Tibetan incense.
